Grade “A” Quality Lumber
We start with the foundation, Grade “A” quality lumber is the backbone of your suites structure. We employ a 16” on-center method, which not only ensures strength but also guarantees the highest quality of construction.
Exterior Work
Efficient Windows and Doors
Once the structure is complete, we install dual-pane thermal low-E argon windows and doors. This choice enhances the energy efficiency of your home, keeping it comfortable year-round while minimizing energy costs. Exterior Work
While the exterior work is underway, we focus on making your home weather-tight. This involves applying exterior insulation, siding, and a durable steel roof, ensuring your home is protected from the elements and built to last.
Efficient Insulation
To maintain a comfortable indoor environment, we employ R40 insulation in the ceiling and R20 + R10 rigid foam board on the exterior. This approach minimizes thermal bridging and maximizes energy efficiency, keeping your home cozy and reducing heating and cooling costs.
