At Leisure Suites, we believe in transparency and flexibility when it comes to payment. Our goal is to create a trusting and effective environment for you and your family. Here's an overview of our payment structure:
Ready to Go?
To kickstart the paperwork for your permit application, a deposit of $10,000 is required. This deposit will secure your place and allow us to begin the exciting journey toward obtaining your permit. Let’s get started!

Construction Phase 1
Phase 1 will involve framing, floor assembly, roof, and the installation of windows and exterior doors. A payment of 25% is required to commence this phase.

Construction Phase 2
Phase 2 will cover the installation of exterior siding, plumbing, electrical systems, insulation, and drywall. This marks an exciting step forward in our project! Please note that this phase will require an additional payment of 25%. We can't wait to see the progress unfold!

Construction Phase 3 Almost Done
Phase 3 marks the thrilling culmination of our build process! We’re diving into the final touches, including the interior, flooring, trim, doors, and bathroom, all designed to elevate your space. This is also a 25% payment. We can't wait to unveil your stunning vision brought to life!

Walkthrough Phase
Get ready for the final step in the process before taking delivery! We will conduct a walkthrough to ensure your unit is completed and ready for the next exciting steps of delivery. This 25% payment includes site work expenses, crane services, and delivery. Let’s wrap this up and get closer to your delivery!

Final connections and full test of all features is all that left for you and your family to enjoy your beautiful customized garden suite. (ie. Water, sewer, electric, gas, internet/cable, heat/ac, hot water, fireplace, appliances… ) This cost of $8,000 completes all financial obligations of your Leisure Suite.
